1. Who we are

FFT Crew is an app for Frontier Airlines flight attendants, run by the team behind FFT Pilots (fftpilots.com). FFT Crew is not affiliated with Frontier Airlines or the Association of Flight Attendants. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and how to delete it.

2. What we collect

Account: your name and email address from Google sign-in, and an account ID.
Crew details: your employee number (read from your FLICA schedule) and your base.
Upcoming flights: flight numbers, dates, times and your position on each leg, so we can send alerts and show who is working the same flight.
Things you choose to share: chat messages, a profile photo, layover tips, hotel details and corrections, and the layover city or hotel you share with friends.
Device: a push notification token so alerts reach your phone.
Membership: your subscription status from Google Play or the App Store.

3. What we do not collect

Your FLICA password. If you choose to save your FLICA login, it stays on your phone only and never reaches our server.
Your location, contacts or calendar.
Payment card details. Google Play and the App Store handle all payments.
Advertising IDs. FFT Crew has no ads and does not sell or rent your data.

4. How we use it

To run your account and membership.
To send the alerts you turn on (gate changes, delays, cancels, tail swaps and duty limits).
To show crew on the same flight, trip chat, and layover information.

5. Who can see your information

Crew on the same flight: FFT Crew and FFT Pilots members working the same flight can see your name, base and position (flight attendant letter, captain or first officer) for that flight. Pilots who use FFT Pilots are shown to FFT Crew members the same way.
Trip chat: messages are visible to crew members in that chat.
Tips and hotel information: visible to other members, with your name. Hotel corrections we approve stay after you delete your account, without your name.
Friends: your layover city or hotel is shared only with friends you choose.
Service providers: we use Google Firebase and Apple to deliver push notifications, and Google Play and the App Store to handle subscriptions.

You can block or report other members in the app.

6. Security

All data between the app and our server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

7. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or by request, as explained on our Delete account page. Deleting your account removes your profile, photo, settings backup and layover tips from our server, and signs you out on every device. Deleting your account does not cancel your membership. Cancel your membership in Google Play or the App Store.

8. Children

FFT Crew is for working flight attendants and is not meant for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
