Delete your FFT Crew account

You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open FFT Crew and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Send a request through our contact form. Choose Delete my account and use the email address you sign in with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, employee number, base) and profile photo
• Your settings backup and upcoming flight data
• Your layover tips
• Your push notification tokens. You are signed out on every device.

What stays

• Hotel corrections we already approved stay, without your name.
• Your schedule saved on your phone stays until you remove the app.
• Your membership is not cancelled. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or the App Store.
